Eligibility for Exchange:
You may exchange products within 4 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions: The item(s) is damaged, faulty, or defective upon delivery. The item(s) you received does not match the specifications of what you ordered or is different from the product listed on your order.
How to Request an Exchange:

Exchange Process:
For faulty, damaged, or defective items, we will send you a replacement as soon as the issue is confirmed. Please send photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty item to hello@fashbyad.com within 4 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges Not Accepted:
Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed in the following cases: The exchange request is made after the 4-day period. The product has been used or damaged due to personal handling. The product has been tampered with. Any item, including tags, labels, packaging, or accessories, is missing from the returned product.
