You can receive your order at any private address (home, work, or a drop point). However, we do not deliver to post office boxes.
Regular Days: Orders will be delivered within 4-5 working days.
During Sale Days: Delivery may take 6-7 working days due to high order volumes.
For online payments, orders must pass through a fraud status check. Once cleared, your order will be processed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), payments will be collected at the shipping address. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (check your spam/junk folder if not received).
Shipping charges are Rs. 350. Enjoy FREE shipping on orders of Rs. 4000 or more!
The courier service depends on your location and shipment type. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you with the courier details and tracking information.
If you’re unavailable during delivery:
The courier will hold your order and contact you for confirmation.
A reattempt will be made twice.
If the order is not collected after two attempts, it will be returned to FAD.
